With a strong foundation in business law, startups, negotiation, and problem-solving, Anoma has been a sought-after professor, trainer, and consultant in Laos for several years. He has taught at several renowned institutions in Laos and currently serves as a board member of the American-Lao Business Association.

Prior to his work in Laos, Anoma gained valuable experience in the US, holding roles as a lawyer's assistant, real estate agent, insurance agent, loan officer, and professor. He is Lao lawyer and also the founder of Anoma Consultant Sole Co., Ltd. Anoma holds a degree in law from the National University of Laos and also, degrees in business from the EU and the US.
